- Grind 1 cup of plain oatmeal in your blender or food processor until fine - as close to powder as possible.
- Run a warm (not hot) bath and sprinkle the oatmeal into the water.
- Add other ingredients depending on your desires: epsom salts to soothe sore muscles or help you relax before bed, essential oils for aromatherapy, or an oil from your kitchen (olive, coconut, etc.) for additional moisture.
- Soak for 20-30 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Be careful when exiting the tub, as it may be more slippery than normal. If your drain becomes slow, a plunger will fix it.
