Leah Thomas

Leah Thomas is a writer, activist and co-founder of Intersectional Environmentalist, a platform whose mission is to dismantle systems of oppression in the environmental movement.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, she was propelled into activism after seeing the social and environmental injustices in her community and wanting a better future for people and the earth.

She studied Environmental Science & Policy at Chapman University and now resides in Carpinteria, CA.

She is also a contributing writer for publications including The Good Trade and Vogue, and publishes her own sustainable living blog.
