Are glass containers included?

We get asked all the time: "Do I have to order the glass containers first?"

The answer is no. We always send your products in their gorgeous glass containers in your first subscription delivery, unless you specifically ask us not to.

We'll also include a free funnel for all subscriptions that include a liquid product.

How do I know what schedule to get refills?

Our subscription builder helps take the guesswork out of how often to schedule your deliveries. It makes suggestions based on how often you intend to use each product. Give it a try!

How will I know when I will be charged?

You will receive an email a few days before your subscription is set to renew so that you have time to make any necessary changes.
